Brand new The Loar LO-14-TBK limited run ( when these are gone no one can not get more) acoustic guitar was named after the most famous guy ever at Gibson- Lloyd Loar. He had a hand in all their 30’s instruments-including a design this was based on. After his stay a Gibson he went on to start his own company. The Loar company is based in San Francisco and pays tribute to his legacy.
We have sold many new and vintage Gibson’s-if you blindfold yourself you may not hear the difference. If you cover logo you may not see the difference. Your pocket book will know the difference!!!!
The LO-14 begins with a hand-selected solid spruce top. Most important it has an open poor finish as many vintage guitars do-tone ,tone, tone. The mahogany back and sides give it the warmth that players have come to know and love in small body instruments. Traditional headstock decals and Grover tuning machines add tons of value and style to this great-sounding guitar. Finished in classic black matte finish with ivory-colored body binding and a vintage-style white pickguard. Combining solid top, small-body style with a vintage vibe, this guitar will be the perfect new addition to your collection.
